I get the pointer, but no text. I hit escape to exit the "interaction" and game returns to normal. I have tried leaving the poi, heading across town and then I quit. When I restart the game and return to the trader, nothing's changed. If you want to allow this, I think there should be an option when creating a RWG map to either keep spawn points within something like 750m from a trader or to allow for a larger distance. But what I haven't heard with any degree of certainty is what each trader specializes in, and how that changes things.
