I've reset/powered off/on the router/modem and my laptop. The green lights on the front of the box are all steady except ethernet and wireless, which blink. On the back there are two ethernet connections; the 1st one is green, the 2nd one is red. When I switch out the cables, then the red/green lights are reversed.
