I am not sure for the validation part, but I absolutely think its a terrible idea to use Data Annotations for ORM in Models(Entity Framework). The problem here is, the Business/Domain Layer should be separated from the Data Access Layer, it shouldnt know or care about how it is stored in database, let alone the column names, etc.When completing the initial assessment there is the option to include your Linkedin profile.
