How to replace pull rope on craftsman lawn mower

This one happens to be my favorite because of how light it is. It is a Briggs 158cc 5.5 Torque Rated. I took a video and posted it here hoping that someone else will recognize the sound and be able to tell me what it is. Here is the link the the video.
