Zephyr, if only because shes truly made of paper in comparison now. With his rework, Hydroid is at least somewhat tanky now, and wont die to a single random bullet until you get to absurd levels. Although I wouldnt probably remove viral tempest for it, since that would greatly reduce priming potential and damage. The only ability I think should stay are his 3, wich should be merged with his 2 and given the grendel treatment (does more damage per second, cant grab a ton of enemies and has better movement.
