The Jay Peak Trail Running Festival offers two days of racing at Jay Peak resort. With distances ranging from 5k to 53k, there’s a lot to offer. As you’d expect from an event staged at a ski resort, you’re gonna get significant elevation gain over variable terrain. The resort sits between the village of Jay and Montgomery Center. It is easily accessible from international airports in Burlington, Vermont and Montreal, Canada. Jay Peak's 78 ski and snowboard trails, over 100 acres of gladed terrain and four terrain parks has something for everyone. The resort has 2 base lodges and a small lodge at the summit. The total vertical drop from the summit (altitude 3,968 feet) is a solid 2,153 feet from summit to base lodge.
