The takeaway is that Olde English 800 wasn't the worst beer in the world. It was a bad beer for sure, but didn't repulse me like some others have. The truly bad beers are the ones you remember happily pouring out, glad that you don't have to suffer through another sip. For me, there are several "fancy" craft beers I have thought were awful.
